Fully equipped conference rooms, professional conditions!
Whether it is a corporate or other professional event (e.g. exhibitions, presentations, seminars, etc.), Hotel Visegrad’s fully equipped conference rooms provide professional conditions. Our hotel offers 7 rooms, which can be used together, so that meetings for 8 people and conferences for 220 people can be efficiently catered for.

Conference rooms – specifications
We can accommodate smaller meetings of up to 8 people in our section rooms, but our larger conference rooms, which can accommodate up to 220 people, are available for booking at any time of the year.
The recently opened superior section offers further benefits for conference organisers:
- A new sectional room has been added to the existing 5.
- The new conference room has now been extended with a new section with two additional rooms, each with state-of-the-art technology and perfect acoustics, and even video conferencing facilities.
- The 200 sqm room is bathed in natural light, has a garden connection and a stunning panoramic view of the Danube and Fellegvári
The same room can be easily sectioned to create two smaller rooms.

In addition, we will continue to offer our previously built-out spaces and lecture rooms, such as the 100 m2 conference room with natural lighting and carpeted flooring, as well as the 35 m2, 30 m2, 25 m2 and 20 m2 section rooms.
These rooms can be used not only for conferences but also for exhibitions, openings, presentations and seminars.

- All of our conference rooms are equipped, but we can also provide any additional technical equipment you may require to ensure the quality of your event.
Our other conference venues
In addition to Hotel Visegrad’s own conference rooms, we can offer 4 other equipped conference venues:
- We offer the hotel’s own restaurant for events up to 80 people.
- The special room of the Renaissance Restaurant can accommodate up to 50 people, and its interior design makes it a real speciality, which is why it is a popular conference venue.
- Our separate meeting room allows for smaller meetings of up to 8 people.
- Conferences and other events can also be organised at the Royal Palace, the venue of the annual meeting of the V4 (Visegrád Four). The Palace is only 500 metres from our hotel and can comfortably accommodate up to 250 people.
Catering
Special mention should be made of our hotel’s high quality catering service. The Seagull Restaurant, our hotel’s own restaurant, offers a real gastronomic experience to the participants of your event. Our chef and waiters go the extra mile every time, and our guests have always praised our catering service. Whether it’s a small event or an event for more than 200 people, whether it’s a buffet or a catered meal, our catering staff are always precise and tasteful.
